School Close, Burntwood

Customers were overjoyed with the complete transformation of their houses on this one.

Reroof of two semi-detached property's whilst exchanging their cladded elevations from old tired tiles to modern anthracite fortex cladding including extra insulation to help in those winter months

Hateley Heath Primary School

Location: Wednesbury                                                           Contract Duration: 4 Weeks

Working closely with GAC on this project was a complete pleasure

Delivering over 500m2 of Cut to fall BUR Guaranteed for 25 years

Sevens Road, Burntwood

Location: Burntwood                                                        Contract Duration: 2 Weeks

Client was very happy with the end result on this one, a beautiful finish consisting of new roof tiles, cladding tiles around the dormer and new Fascia works

Also a thermal upgrade all-around including to there flat roof works of Built up Felt and a Vapour Control Layer

Portland School and Specialist College

Location: Stoke-on-Trent                                                           Contract Duration: 4 Months

Working Closely With Rio & IKO on this project had its challenges due to the establishment being a behavioural school.

Despite this C M B delivered over 800m2 of Felt and Single Ply systems across the project

Resorts World Arena

Loacation: Birmingham                                                                Contract Duration: 2 months

Resorts World's recent extension consisted of 600m2 of Kingspan Composite panels to Roof & Wall elevations 

Succesully Completed for Tomlinson Construction

Telegraph Hotel

Location: Coventry                                                                   Contact Duration: 12 Months

One of the now most impressive hotels in the midlands area

C M B Completed well over 1000m2 using ICB's StrataPro Felt System aswell as Roof Sheeting/Cladding and even a beautiful patio area on this project

Arena Academy

Location: Birmingham                                                        Contract Duration: Not Completed

Part of the ongoing upgrade to many roof areas of this school due to being only able to progress during the school holidays as the School has a department for blind children.

Over 1000m2 will have been completed of Armourplan single ply membrane once this is completed, Working with IKO and Rio on this Project
